Our introductory price is £30. The planned standard selling price after the early-bird period is £40.
Delivery is expected in mid to late November 2026. This is a pre-order for a calendar that is not yet ready to dispatch. We will notify customers of any change to the expected delivery timeframe.

When will my order be shipped?
Currently, orders will be dispatched in 1-3 working days
If you want to receive an order for any time-sensitive event please order well in advance. We would suggest at least 7 working days.
How long is delivery?
Delivery times will vary depending on the type of service selected with your order.
Royal Mail Second Class delivery will usually take between two and three working days to deliver - £3.50 (Orders over £35.00 free 48 hour shipping)
Delivery charges will be added to your order within the checkout area, allowing you to choose your preferred delivery method.

Does my order come with tracking?
We do offer tracking. You will be emailed your items tracking number when it has been dispatched.

Issues
I want to return my order, what do I do?
In the unlikely case that you are unhappy with your order please use our contact form or email us at team@letterboxliquorice.co.uk and we will try out best to find a solution to the issue.
My order has not arrived, what do I do?
Check your tracking number via the email you received 1-3 working days after placing your order. Please contact us if your liquorice has not arrived within the specified time frame above.
Fraudulent Activity
Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, we reserve the right to withhold funds and block your account ( and any associated accounts ) from placing orders in future. If this happens to you and you think we have made a mistake, you can Contact Us and we will discuss the matter further with you.
